![]() ![]() But then, the window closes (something that happens with other games too only the actual games pop up with them), and nothing happens. Oh, I've been able to install the game, it's just that when I double click on Heroes (in C:\games\HEROES), a dos window pops up, it seems to be working fine (it gives an error in the little black window that a extended memory manager is already installed, and a XMS driver not installed, but so does almost all my other dos games, and they all worked just fine). I'm not really a dos expert yet, you know. I don't know if WinXP put in a new MS-DOS, but I don't think so, because all the other "ancient" games I put on it worked just fine. I suppose that we simply have the MS-DOS that came with Windows 98 (not Windows 98 SE), which we upgraded the computer from.
